Velorental, agent for the bicycle rental company, assumes no responsibility for the products and services provided by suppliers (bicycle rental companies).  Bicycle Type describes a general category and vary by manufacturer. 

Client assumes all risks of injury, of loss or damage to property arising out of using rental equipment and participating in bicycling.  Client understands the inherent risk involved in using rental equipment and accepts full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.

Client may be required to leave a credit card number at time of rental as to cover damage, theft or loss of rental equipment.  In case of damage, theft or loss of rental equipment, Client is liable for the cost of repair or replacement and authorizes Velorental or the bicycle rental company to process Client's credit card for the cost of repair or replacement. 

A rental week is a 7-day time period. In general, a rental day starts at 9 am and ends at 5 pm. It is important that the bicycle will be returned no later than agreed at the agreed location.  If plans change, the client needs to verify with the renting location that this change of plans can be authorized.  In case of an early return, no refund will be provided. 

All prices are quoted in euros.  Full-payment is required to have your rental guaranteed. Cancellations are subject to a fee:  50% of the rental cost if done less that 30 days before pick-up.  No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to pick up date.

By accepting this signing this form, Client agrees with terms as stated.
