Q. Where do I pick up my bike(s)?
Ans.

Read carefully the description of each bike available through our system.  Each description starts with the location of the store as well as its store hours.  The exact location as well as the store phone number will be e-mailed to you once the rental has been bought and confirmed--a few minutes after the credit card transaction has been completed.  It's very, very easy and trouble-free!

Q. What happens if I cancel my rental?
Ans.

If you cancel your rental 30 days before the pick-up day, you are entitled to a 50% refund.  In the event, cancellation happens in less than 30 days, no refund will be provided.

Q. How happens if I booked a bike for a whole week and end up using it for only 4?
Ans.

No refund is provided in this event.  Note however that in most cases, the weekly rate is no more expensive than the 4-day rate.
